The HR department is charged with providing personnel support to all employees, which include staff, teaching staff, faculty, interns, consultants, temporary and casual staff, and volunteers; and responsible for providing customer service to guests and prospective job applicants.

Oluwaseun Ojo, a graduate of Bowen University, also holds a Master's degree in Business Management with Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, UK. Her portfolio of responsibilities covers Human Resources & Staff welfare, charged with providing personnel support to all staff and faculty.

She is responsible for the review and implementation of Institute policies and procedures. She manages the employee orientation and on-boarding process as well as employee wellness programs. She is an active member of the Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM).

The Finance department is tasked with providing the best possible financial information necessary for good planning to all stakeholders at all times. We ensure proper and complete accountability of Institute's asset and liabilities, observing good internal controls and total compliance to regulatory policies and international financial standards

Oluwaseun Oredein is a graduate of Lagos State University. His portfolio of responsibilities include:

Oversee all student accounts, scholarships, exemptions, rebates and student billing

Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries and other related compensation on monthly basis, in line with existing policies

Ensure statutory withholdings are remitted on a timely basis to the relevant authorities and manages the Payroll accounting in the books of account for the Institute

Treasury functions

Fixed Assets records and Auxiliary activities

Ensure complete and accurate accounting of all transactions

Provide support to ensure audits are carried out in a timely manner

IT services is responsible for providing expert advice and solution for our IT systems and software, in support of all ITM students and staff. We are based in the core building of the institute, and are responsible for IT Support, operations, information systems and infrastructure.

We also design, plan, develop and deliver ITM's strategic direction for information technology and provide guidance on the development of best practice procedures.

Kingsley Ekeiwu, a graduate of the University of Ibadan, also holds a master's degree in Information Technology from the University of East London, UK. He's a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional (CCNSP), Cyberoam Certified Trainer (CCT) and ITIL V3 Certified.
